![]() ![]() tried to blame it on poor caulking ( that is not even where the water was coming from). Roofs r us took no responsibility for this, tried to blame me that it was an ongoing issue. My insurance has been trying to reach the subcontractors and they are not responding. I lived in that unit several years and my tenants also verify there was no leaking - ever. Luke and project manager Mose came out to look the next day and told me it wasn't their fault and that it had been leaking for a long time. Luke assured me on the phone that if this was their fault they would take care of it. There were no tarps over this portion of the house and the fascia had been pulled back and that is where the water came pouring in. It had rained very hard June 30th I immediately called Mark ***** and left a message. On the 2nd or 3rd day of the project I got a call from my tenants saying water is running down from the 2nd story to the first floor through the walls and windows and ceilings. It ended up that my whole house needed new subroofing ( house was built in 1908). June of 2019 I had the company start a big roof replacement project. I have been hesitant to write this review/complaint because I still have an open claim through my insurance company due to roofs r us. ![]() I can provide photos and more details if needed. The owner has stated that he will no longer speak to me regarding this issue and they will not return my calls or emails. They have refused to complete the additional repairs. They did replace a single location of the fascia, that was damaged the most. If this is not covered under this warranty, then they certainly should repair the damages caused by the roofing crew. They provide a 3 year "workmanship" warranty, which was clearly stated in the contract that was signed. Why would I cut the fascia and dent it with a hammer, just after paying to have it replaced. Any reasonable person can determine that I did not cause the damages. ![]() They even refuse to recognize the fact that they installed the fascia before the shingles, even though I have shown them photos and text messages that show that the fascia work was completed before the shingles were even delivered. They have stated that the fascia currently does not look good and is not the way they would have installed it. I have shared multiple pictures and have explained to them that the damages had to have been done by the roofing crew. During the process of replacing the shingles the previously replace fascia was damaged. The then started work on replacing the shingles on 10/7. They completed the fascia work first and it looked great in the pictures they took on 10/4.
